How do I schedule a meeting using FindTime in Outlook?
Environment
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft Outlook
Resolution
- Create a new email or select an email to reply to
- Required meeting attendees must be in the To field and optional attendees in the Cc field
- In the Home tab select Reply with meeting poll
- Fill in meeting settings
- Select a few meeting times to be voted on
- Click Next
- Enter the meeting location
- Click Poll settings and toggle the ON/OFF options
- Click Insert to email
- Click Send to send the invites and start the voting process
