You are trying to renew your JMP Pro license and see the error: Unable to save PER file to specified location
Answer
To resolve this issue:
- {Windows only} Close JMP and right-click the JMP icon and select "Run as Administrator" then retry the license update
- Obtain administrative rights on your machine so you can save to the folder
- Ask a system administrator to install JMP for you
