Question
In a Zoom meeting, how do I share my laptop screen in a video conference room or general classroom?
Answer
- Make sure the meeting host has set the “Share Screen” settings to allows all participants to share their screen.

- Go to: share.zoom.us in a web browser.
- Enter the meeting ID and click “Share Screen”.

- Click “Open Zoom Meetings” on the dialog shown by your browser. If you don’t see a dialog, click “Launch Meeting”.

- Enter your name and click “Join Meeting”.

- Select the screen, application, or window you would like to share. If you want to share the audio check the "Share sound". Click ”Share”.
