In a Zoom meeting, how do I share my laptop screen in a video conference room or general classroom?

Answer

1. Make sure the meeting host has set the “Share Screen” settings to allows all participants to share their screen.

2. Go to: share.zoom.us in a web browser.
3. Enter the meeting ID and click “Share Screen”.

4. Click “Open Zoom Meetings” on the dialog shown by your browser. If you don’t see a dialog, click “Launch Meeting”.

5. Enter your name and click “Join Meeting”.

6. Select the screen, application, or window you would like to share. If you want to share the audio check the "Share sound". Click ”Share”.
