If you are a student and you are receiving the error above when signing in for KnowBe4 training, please complete the following steps.
1. Open the Edge browser.
2. Click the ellipses (…) in the top right corner and select “New InPrivate window”.
3. In the newly opened InPrivate window, go to https://training.knowbe4.com/ui/login
4. Type in your staff email address.
5. You will be redirected to the SDSU login page.
6. Type in your staff email address and password.
