Use Signature from Directory
Go to InsideState Directory and search your name.
Click your name.
There is a button "Copy to Clipboard" under Signature.
Always use this for your signature.
Paste Your Signature - Outlook App (Phone & Tablets)
Open the Outlook app on your phone or tablet
Click the three lines in the top left corner
Click the Settings button in the bottom left corner
Open the signature section
Paste your signature from InsideState
