A user may experience a TPM error when trying to use an Office 365 application.
When experiencing this issue, please do the following steps:
- Navigate to the “Accounts” section of the Settings app and navigate to the “Access work or school” page. Click your SDState account and press the “Disconnect” button. Follow the prompts to complete the account removal process.
- Reboot the device.
- Navigate to the “Accounts” section of the Settings app and navigate back to the “Access work or school” page. Click the "+" icon to associate the account.
- Enter your credentials and wait for the process to be completed.
- Launch Office.
