How to check your OneDrive storage usage.

The easiest way to check your storage is to look at your OneDrive Web Page:

1. Go to https://portal.office.com
2. Sign in using your South Dakota State University account
3. Click on the App launcher button in the top left corner of the browser window (the 9 dots in a square) and select OneDrive. 
4. In the bottom left corner of the browser window, you will see how much storage you are using, and what your current storage quota is.

To view more details about your storage usage, you can click on the amount of storage you are using. That will take you to another view where the files are sorted by largest to smallest.
