The easiest way to check your storage is to look at your Outlook web page
- Go to https://portal.office.com
- Sign in using your South Dakota State University account
- Click on the App launcher button in the top left corner of the browser window (the 9 dots in a square) and select Outlook
Click on the settings button. This is the gear button in the top right of your screen
- On the left-hand side, choose Account, then choose Storage
- You will see detailed information on your storage usage
