Question

As a student receiving academic accommodations through the Office of Student Accessibility, how do I request changes to my current accommodations?

Answer

  1. Log in to Accommodate.
  2. Select Accommodation from the menu on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click Supplemental.
  4. Answer the populated questions in the center of the screen.
  5. Click Submit.

The Office of Student Accessibility will process your submitted request as soon as possible. After reviewing your submission, the Office of Student Accessibility may reach out to you to discuss your request. If your request is approved, you and your professors will receive an updated Accommodation Memo.
