Summary
Non-SDSU users (e.g., Nursing Refresher participants) access D2L via a separate login and are manually managed by their programs. They now require 2FA using an authenticator app. Common issues include Duo setup and LockDown Browser. Support Desk techs should assist these users and refer them to their program contacts when needed—do not dismiss them as “not students.”
