GoAnywhere Recipient Instructions

The recipients of GoAnywhere messages will receive an email with a link to the file that is stored on the secure file area. It will not come from you but look like this in their inbox:

When they click on that email, this is what they will see:

When the recipient Clicks on the Download Files link, they will be prompted for the password, which is included in the email.

Once the password is entered, they will be able to download the file AND any text that was sent in the message.
