How do I connect my iPhone or iOS device to Wifi?

Answer

  1. On your Home screen, select Settings (gray gear icon)
  2. Select Wi-Fi
  3. Ensure your Wi-Fi is turned on (toggle shows green background)
  4. Tap the name of the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to (e.g. SDSUFacStaff or SDSUStudent)
  5. Enter your credentials:
    1. Students: Full Jacks Email and email password
    2. Faculty / Staff: FirstName.LastName and email password
  6. A Certificate screen will pop up from radius.sdstate.edu. Note: It may say "Not Trusted." Select Trust
  7. Once connected, a blue checkmark will show next to the network name and the Wi-Fi icon will show at the top of your screen
