Use Signature from Directory
Go to InsideState Directory and search your name.
Click your name.
There is a button "Copy to Clipboard" under Signature.
Always use this for your signature.

Paste your signature into Outlook
Open the Outlook app.
Click on File in the Outlook menu bar.

Then click Options.

Click on Mail in the Outlook Options dialog box.

Then click on Signatures. This will open the Signatures and Stationery menu.

Click New to create a new Signature.

Type in a name for your signature in the pop-up box, and click OK.

Paste your signature in the Edit Signature Box.
In the "Choose default signature" boxes, choose the newly created signature for both new and reply/forward. Click OK.
