      • Use the Request a Form to ask for a form to be created.
   3. How to Use It:
      • Once your form is ready, IT will give you a special link to share.
2. DocuSign (PowerForms)
   1. What It’s For:
      • Used to collect signatures, including legally binding ones.
      • Can be set up to go through approval steps.
      • You can create a PowerForm using a Word or PDF file. Make sure your document is accessible before uploading. For additional info, check out the PowerForm Instructions.

      • Request additional permissions through the DocuSign service.
