Click on the system tray button (small up arrow icon) at the bottom right of your desktop.
Right click on the Voltage Encryption Manager (Orange V icon) and then click on "Voltage Encryption Manager..." to open it.
In the Voltage Encryption Manager window, click on the "Download Keys" button.
If the Download Keys button is grayed out, click on your email address under "Identities" and then click Download Keys.
A popup should appear stating that you must authenticate your identity. Click "OK" to continue.
A new web browser window should appear, with a Voltage symbol on the page.
Enter your Voltage account password and then click "Sign In".
A new pop-up should appear stating, "Your key was successfully stored....."
Click "OK"
You can then close the browser page and the Voltage Encryption Manager window. You should now be able to send secure messages again with Voltage.
