D2L Authentication error

Issue/Question 

Unable to log into D2L 

Error:    There was a problem processing your authentication. 

Your username/password was invalid or your particular user does not exist on our system.  
 
If you have any questions please see your system administrator.

Authentication Error 

Resolution 

  1. Try using jacks\first.last instead of first.last@jacks.sdstate.edu 

  1. Clear Cache and Cookies

  1. Test with a different Internet Browser 

  1. Test with a different computer 

  1. Please contact the Support Desk if you need further assistance
