Classroom Instructions
Use the Crestron panel on the podium to control the classroom system.

Press any source to turn on the room display and unmute the audio.
Computer – shows the classroom computer. The computer is located below the keyboard tray on the podium. Make sure the power led is lit on both the computer and monitor.
HDMI – connect a device using the provided HDMI cable.
Wireless – connect a device wirelessly using the Crestron AirMedia device.
Doc Cam – located on the side shelf of the podium. Make sure the unit is powered on with a blue led.
DVD or Blu-ray – located on upper-right shelf of the podium. A small black remote labeled “Sony” will control the unit.
Hide/Show Image – when red, stops projecting image to the room display, press to toggle to hide or show the video
The “Volume” buttons will control the room audio. It will also adjust microphone levels if the unit is too quiet in the classroom.

Crestron AirMedia Connection Instructions
To connect wirelessly, download the Crestron AirMedia application onto your laptop by typing the IP address shown on the display (e.g. 137.216.210.204) into the address bar of a web browser.Then select “Start Presenting”, it will offer a download of the application for your operating system. Run the application after it downloads.
For mobile devices, go to the app store and search for “Crestron AirMedia”.
Once installed, open the application.

Enter the IP address shown on the display (e.g.137.216.210.204), hit enter. A new dialog will ask for the access code. Enter the access code shown on the display. This will connect you to the display and you are ready to go.
On mobile devices, you may be asked to start casting/using airplay to connect from here.
Please remember to disconnect or close the Crestron AirMedia application when finished presenting. This ensures you will not continue displaying your device on the display once you leave the room.
