I have a student and employee email account, how do I add both accounts to my Outlook app on my device?
Answer
Make sure you have the Outlook app installed on your device. SDSU's official application for email is Microsoft Outlook for accessing your university due to compatibility.
If you are using a web browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) you will either need to open an incognito/private tab or use a different browser (i.e. use Chrome from your student account and Safari for your SDState account).
Open the Outlook app and click the gear/settings icon in the bottom left of the screen

In the 'Settings' select 'Account'

In 'Add Account' select 'Email Account'

Enter your full email address and select 'Add Account'

Enter your password for your account and click 'Sign In'. Go through the DUO steps as prompted
