How can I authenticate with Duo if my phone is broken?
Answer
If you already purchased a replacement phone, see article Reactivate Duo on Your New Device
- Go to https://myduo.sdstate.edu
- Fill in the requested fields
- Copy down your bypass codes
- Return to the site you were trying to log into
- Put a checkmark next to Remember me for 30 days
Note: If Duo says “Pushed a login request to your device…” click Cancel and put a checkmark next to Remember me for 30 days and then Enter a Passcode
- Click Enter a Passcode
- Click Log In
