International Travel Laptop Request

What is it?

The process for requesting a laptop for use when traveling internationally for university business.

Who can use it?

Faculty, Staff

Where can I get it?

Please complete the Request Laptop form on this page to submit your request. You will receive notification from ITS when the laptop is ready for pickup. 

Please note: At least (10) business days are required to prepare the laptop. Some software is export controlled and therefore subject to review prior to being installed on devices being used for international travel. 

How much does it cost?

There is no charge for this service; however, you and your department are liable for any damages to the device.
