University Device Move Request

What is it?

Faculty/staff relocating to a different office/location* on campus should request assistance moving their University-owned device(s) from one area of the University to another. Please provide (15) business days' notice prior to your move to allow us to plan accordingly. If IT does not have enough advance notice, certain functions may not be available immediately following your move.

Faculty, Staff, Graduate Students

Where can I get it?

Please use the Request Move/Return form on this page to notify IT and request assistance moving your computer and phone equipment, or to return a device that is no longer needed. 

Please provide (15) business days notice of your move to allow us to plan accordingly. If IT does not have enough advance notice, certain functions may not be available immediately following your move (e.g., printing).

How much does it cost?

There is no charge for this service.
