What is it?
The Surplus Request Form is used to submit items for surplus pickup. Any items no longer needed or wanted, broken, etc may be submitted. With the exception of small general office supplies such as paper products, pens, paperclips, etc., all items are required to be submitted through this form for disposal.
Timing: Surplus Requests typically takes anywhere from 1-4 weeks to be picked up from the time of submission. Please contact Property Management if a request has not been picked up within 1 month of submission.

How much does it cost?
There is no charge for this service if following normal surplus procedures.
*If expedited service is requested, a Facilities Work Request must be submitted in addition to the Surplus Request Form. Labor costs will be charged.
