FAQ

When should I request a VPAT Review?
VPAT reviews should be requested during renewals and before purchasing or adopting new software, web applications, or digital tools to ensure accessibility requirements are considered early.

Does a VPAT mean a product is fully accessible?
Not necessarily. A VPAT is a vendor‑reported document. A review helps interpret the results, identify gaps, and determine whether additional mitigation or alternatives are needed.
