Check If You Are Enrolled in Duo


You are not sure whether your account is enrolled and protected by Duo and want to check


Visit using an incognito/private browsing window.

Your account is enrolled and protected by Duo if:

  • Duo prompts you to approve a Push
  • When logging in, it asks you to Enter a Passcode
  • You see the message: For security reasons, we require additional information to verify your account

Your account is not enrolled or protected by Duo if:

  • It lets you sign into your email without a push or passcode, then your account has not been added to Duo yet.

Note: New Faculty/Staff accounts may not have Duo enabled during the first week of employment. Please wait for it to be added. You will receive communication as to when your account will be added to Duo.
