Duo Displays a Blank Box on the Web (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)

Question

When logging into a Duo protected service like email or D2L on Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, a blank box is displayed (or the space is empty) where you would typically see the Send Me a Push or Enter a Passcode buttons​​.

Answer

  1. Update your browser
  2. If updating the browser does not resolve the issue, uninstall and re-install your browser
