When logging into your email or D2L, you see the message For security reasons, we require additional information to verify your account.
Answer
Your account is protected by Duo (two-factor authentication) and you will need a device enrolled in Duo to authenticate when accessing your account.
You may have only partially completed the Duo setup in the past and need to fully authenticate before Duo is linked with your device.
