Can I install Office 365 on my personal computer?

Installation Instructions:

  1. Go to office.com
  2. Click Sign In (top right corner)
  3. Enter your SDSU email address
  4. Select Next
  5. Enter your SDSU email address and email password
  6. Select Sign In
  7. Approve Duo prompt on your phone (if prompted)
  8. You may be asked to Stay signed in? Select No
  9. Click your (reversed) initials or profile photo in the upper right corner
  10. Click View Account
  11. Click MANAGE below the Office apps section
  12. Click Install Office
  13. Run the file that is downloaded

Important: When logging into Outlook for the first time, it may ask you to Use this account everywhere on your device. Uncheck the box Allow my organization to manage my device and click This app only.
