My Phone Broke and Duo is Preventing Me From Logging In

How can I authenticate with Duo if my phone is broken?

If you already purchased a replacement phone, see article Reactivate Duo on Your New Device

  1. Go to https://myduo.sdstate.edu
  2. Fill in the requested fields
  3. Copy down your bypass codes
  4. Return to the site you were trying to log into
  5. Put a checkmark next to Remember me for 30 days

Note: If Duo says “Pushed a login request to your device…” click Cancel and put a checkmark next to Remember me for 30 days and then Enter a Passcode

  1. Click Enter a Passcode
  2. Click Log In
