Enroll in Duo Mobile

Question

When logging into email or D2L, your account says Begin Setup. This means your account is protected by Duo. Follow the enrollment process below.

Important: If you are able to log into your email using an incognito browser window and you are not prompted to Begin Setup and/or are not asked to Enter a Passcode or Send a Push, then your account hasn’t been added to Duo yet and you will need to wait until it is added. (See article Check If You Are Enrolled in Duo)
